Garlic Chocolate Cheesecake
Tracy’s Recipe for Garlic Chocolate Cheesecake
Top layer: prepare first and set aside
1 head of garlic = cook in oven wrapped in tin foil for 45 minutes at 350 with a
small amount of olive oil. Clean garlic and crush
1 cup sour cream
3 tbsp brown sugar
Blend all ingredients together until smooth.
Base:
¼ cup butter
½ cup sugar
1 ¼ cup oreo cookie crumbs
Blend all ingredients together and press into 9” round spring pan
Bake at 350 for 5 minutes
Cheese Cake layer:
1 package ( 250 grams)cream cheese
1 cup sugar
3 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
1 cup cottage cheese
½ cup cocoa
Blend all ingredients at high speed until well blended, pour onto base and bake at
350 for 45 minutes. Remove from oven and pour Top layer on top and bake for
another 5 minutes
Let cool and serve with raspberries and white/dark chocolate garlic pieces (recipe below).
White/Dark Chocolate Pieces – melt ½ cup of white chocolate chips, 1 tbsp of butter, and 1 tbsp of minced garlic. Pour onto parchment paper in a circle. Let cool. Melt ½ cup of chocolate chips with 1 tbsp of butter – mix well and pour onto white chocolate. Let cool and cut into pieces.
