Yoga Nidra by Richard Miller, PH.D.

Full Title: Yoga Nidra The Meditative Heart of Yoga by Richard Miller, PH.D.

Rating: 5/5 +

Summary: A step by step program in the daily practice of this meditative art. Also includes a CD with guided Yoga Nidra exercises.

Comments: This is a high quality subject that is handled very well in this book. (Even the paper is higher quality than most books.) It is small, concise, almost laser guided to share this type and teaching of yoga. One of the very few books I could re-read a few times. Each time to more refine conscious awareness.

On small things is the wording ‘Yoga Nidra’ seems to be used over and over and over again through out the book. I have only listened to the CD a couple times, it is OK, but it needs some Hemi-Synch brainwaves… I am so used to those now.  I cannot explain more about Yoga Nidra, since after reading the book I see myself in the earlier stages of the practice. Go to his website for the real action. www.nondual.com The Site looks pretty good.
