The overall show ended up average as predicted.  The main event being boring Sylvia losing to Nogueira. But this is made up for with an entertaining short fight between Frank Mir and WWE Superstar Brock Lesnar.

Tim Sylvia loses to Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira

Sylvia started with his boring jab attack fighting technique, and take-down defence. This looked good enough to win another fight. Then Nouqueira did a nifty reverse takedown(?) gave up his back on purpose, then sweeped Sylvia when has was trying to get away again. Pretty cool. So happy to see Sylvia lose. Now Rogan and Dana White can stop pretending to like him because he keeps winning fights.

Frank Mir wins overs Brock Lesnar

An awesome two minute fight. So short. Brock attacked just like a WWE wrestler with those fast short punches to Mir’s face. They kinda looked like fake wrestler punches, but looked painful. Than Frank took advantage of the rookie, used a quick submission to end the fight. The fight should be OK for both of them. Brock put on a great show so he can be allowed to fight higher ranked guys, and if he ever gets up to a title shot and wins than Frank can use this fight to get an automatic title shot.

Jeremy Horn loses to Nate Marquardt

Jeremy took the fight on short notice, and I always cheer for him, but sadly Jeremy lost on pay-per-view again. He likely win his next 10 fights off of the the big show, but he needs to win one major event on the show for a title shot. Nate was awesome though. Looked much improved over his last fight, and he was pretty good then.

Overall the show was average. Sylvia’s boring-ness countered slightly by an awesome short Brock Lesnar fight.
