Here are my picks for the two main fights ->  

Couture vs Gonzaga

Cheering for Randy is like cheering for Rocky. He will always be the underdog in a heavy weight class, but still a chance to win. It is probably un-American not to cheer for him. If he does lose, at least he can drop a weight cass and not have to fight Chuck again.

St Pierre vs Koscheck

I’m hoping for George. Even though Joe Rogan constantly tells us every pay per view event that Koscheck is a level above the wrestling abilities of Matt Hughes. I figure if George took Matt down he has a shot with Koscheck. Plus he is on a comeback fight, while Josh is riding the wave of defeating his nemesis Diego Sanchez.

The rest of the fight card doesn’t seem to crazy. Most of the guys need a few pay per view wins to move up (or back into) the rankings.

Too bad the UFC website didn’t have a huge fighter chart showing the theoretical rankings. Make it appear less shady when a controversial dude gets a title shot.

Or have baseball/hockey/yu-gi-oh cards with the fighters picture on one side and the other side showing anime style stats: stand-up +2, ground-game +8, cardio +2, special move “Swick-o-tine”, training camp, etc…
