Comments:
I definitely enjoyed this book. It’s worth reading. The author will probably have trouble trying to match this quality of an novel idea in his next work. It’s gotta be tough when you set the bar so high for yourself. I don’t read much fiction anymore, but this was a great exception to make. A neat confusing adventure.
As with most great books, unusual synchronicities happen when reading… like watching ‘Word World’ with your kids for the first time. In that kids show you take the letters for the word banana, arrange them correctly, at the letters modify their shaping contours to conform to an an eat-able banana-word.
On another tangent the Heroe’stv show should have a character that can pull concepts out of written word into actual physical objects. That would be a modern super power. He would have lots of take-out menus in his apartment, or if trapped in a small town prison cell could write out ‘key’ with his own blood on the cell wall. Neat.
