Comments: I enjoyed this book because it was less about business buzzwords and more on leadership thinking. Throughout the book are informative, concise diagrams mapping out the thought processes of conventional minds vs integrative minds. Somewhat funny trying to compare the use of an Opposable capable mind to an Opposable thumb. I will look for more books authored by Roger Martin, plus start check the publisher site a bit more often at www.HBSPress.org.
