This book is a nice mix of serious and light. I want it to be a bit more serious and longer to get the max 5/5 rating. The author asks a few to many times to send back interesting notes, but doesn’t include any personal adventures. Maybe another Appendix could have included a few exercise result samplers from courageous volunteers.

The exercises look ok, but I finished reading the book way before attempting any of the later cooler exercises. I will try to update this posting with any results I might have. As a side note while reading a book of this type I always have cooler/weirder dreams and remember more of them.
