Comments:

This book is about ten years old now, so it might be interesting to read

updates on how things are going today. The presentation style is OK, but it

struggles to make corporate legal proceedings, spanning years, come across as

exciting. Also the book occasionally feels like advertising for one of the

author’s company. Overall the book is worth skimming, but I don’t plan on

searching for more written by this duo.
