Overall UFC 107 was a great show. The big name fighters finished their fights early.

BJ Penn beats Diego Sanchez

Bj Penn looked way better than Diego, but an early stoppage due to a cut is not as grand as a TKO or submission finish. Diego looked a bit defeated mentally when he was being out-boxed and could never complete any of his many takedown attempts.

Frank Mir beats Cheick Kongo

I’m not a fan of Frank Mir, but he did great. A big punch with an instant submission is perfect. Maybe Frank will become the interim heavyweight champ for a second time in the UFC.

Jon Fitch beats Mike Pierce

A good fight, but I was hoping for Jon Fitch to have improved even more. Mike Pierce looked great, but not quite at the GSP level that Jon Fitch needs to level up for.

Kenny Florian beats Clay Guida

Another great fight. You can really see how skilled Kenny Florian is by him taking apart the werewolf Clay Guida.

Paul Buentello loses to Stefan Struve

A decent fight. Paul Buentello looked exhausted for the third round or he probably would have won the decision. Struve was pretty good and deserved the win for sure.

Overall great show to watch.
