I was expecting this to be a one fight show, but it ended up being a bunch of great fights. Some cool submissions, knock-outs, and no lame wrestlers laying on top doing slow body punches. (Brock punches really fast.) 

Randy Couture beaten by Brock Lesnar

An alright fight to see, but everyone wanted Randy to win. Brock is a huge popular guy who gets a title shot for business reasons, not mma sport reasons. Maybe Kimbo Slice really should have the next title shot against Brock.  Maximum pay-per-view buys.

Randy was supposed to win so the UFC could have him fight Fedor Emelianenko. Now that fight might never happen. And for Brock, if he lost, it still would have been fine career-wise to lose to a UFC legend like Randy.

Kenny Florian beats Joe Stevenson

I’m not a big fan of Kenny Florian, but he looked great this fight. He had an ‘elusive’ style, but it didn’t come across lame like Rashad Evans. Kenny looked more tactical with his fast speed and kicks.

A good show with highly skilled fights. Only the main even was a celebrity match up to bring in some UFC money. The company has to make some money putting a great show on in Vegas.
