The show looks pretty good. I am a borderline fan of Shane Carwin, Matt Brown, and Tamdan McCrory… so if any of those guys fight great I’ll have them for my picks next time.   

Quinton Jackson Vs. Keith Jardine

I like both of these guys, but I slightly cheering more for Jackson. They should call this a ‘Contender‘ fight with the full 5 rounds for 5 minutes. I think Keith should have a title shot before all the rematch title shots start happening. Even if it does cause some weirdness fighting his training partner Rashad.

Brandon Vera Vs. Michael Patt

Brandon was on the HDnet MMA Weekly show. Sounded alright. So I am hoping this fight lets him start back up the ladder. At least get back to being a broadcast fight.

Gabriel Gonzaga Vs. Shane Carwin

A Shane Carwin fight would lead up to a real 2-massive dudes heavy weight bought against Brock Lesnar. That would be entertaining. Gabriel is good, but I still clearly remember him being whooped by Randy Couture.

Overall UFC 96 looks good. UFC 95 turned out great, so that has to help this show.
