I am still sad from the last UFC 91 Couture loss, but anyways… the overall UFC 92 fight card looks great, but the main event fight is not a super fight or anything.  

Forrest Griffin Vs. Rashad Evans

I have cheered for and against both of these guys through their mma careers. Right now I am hoping Forrest wins the fight, he’s been looking great lately. Rashad still needs a couple more heavy hitter fights. 

Antonio Rodrigo Nogueira Vs. Frank Mir

Looking beyond this match-up I would rather see Nogueira fight Brock Lesnar in the next one. I skipped the tv series again, kind of a weird show where a viewer only wants to see the elimination fight in the last 5 minutes. The rest is filler.

Wanderlei Silva Vs. Quinton Jackson

This is my favorite fight of the night already. Wanderlei and Quinton are both cool fighters. Tough to see one have to lose. I am hoping Quinton can win, but after his being in the news and facing jail time he might not be all there mentally. 

Cheick Kongo Vs. Mostapha Al Turk

Kongo needs yet another crushing victory to get a top fight lined up. I don’t know what  did, but Kongo never seems to get a great fight lined up. Go Cheick! 

… and even the 0fficial UFC 92 preview page looks cooler than usual.
