Summary: The book is a nice addition to a meditation collection, but perhaps not the only book you would like to have. The Contents include ‘Beginning Silence, Growing Silence, Practicing Silence, Sharing Silence’. So it is focused on what you need to start and grow a strong meditation practice with no side-stories or confusion. The centered text formatting throughout forced me to read slower, which is likely the author’s intent, but works well for a concise book with powerful writing.
