My Comments: The ideas are well presented, the book itself feels high quality, and most importantly, when I listened to the included CD I had a few fragments of unusual story lines I don’t think I would have invented on my own. Roger would say they are past life story fragments.

One small complaint is that most past life books, including this one, feel that life sequences go linear through time. I think Robert Munroe mentioned that your next life could be in an earlier time period than this one, or in the distant future compared to this one, or this is your last one and you are ready to move on completely, or even that you have another life happening right now in a distant part of the world and you unconsciously make sure to never bump into yourself.

I definitely liked the book enough to search for some of the titles in the recommended reading section and his free download-able articles here.
