Cons: The book itself looks and feels a bit low budget. I have had this book sitting around for a while now with me just not willing to start reading. The pages and chapters could definitely have better overall formatting.

Pros: I am glad to have read this book, it comes comes across very authentic, much better than a book about hypothetical manager having hypothetical leadership growth to save a pretend company. The story is short and moves fast. Plus the three principles of Gung Ho! are decent. The book is good enough that I plan to read the Raving Fans book mentioned on the cover, by the same authors.
