Summary: A comprehensible, intelligent explanation of the value of daydreams.

Comments: I really enjoyed this book and I will now go out of my way to find/read pretty much any book by this author.

I was expecting this book to be a standard night dreams book stretched out to include daydreams, but it stayed focused on daydreams. The people problems touched  in the book might not have matched me exactly, but they were valuable reads.  

It would be beneficial for any practicing introspective person to read this.
