I am reading a book that mentions ‘A Course in Miracles’ quite a bit, so I thought I’d also start the ACIM workbook online lessons available here -> Lessons. I haven’t read the official course book yet, but I think the gist of the lessons is no more than one per day, do them in order. So that puts me currently at lesson 3 of 365, phew. Just want them done before Dec 2012. 

If it comes across a bit fluffy for you, then you can balance it out with this UC Berkeley webcast lecture series on Psych 119 – Drugs and Behavior. If a person drinks coffee every day, like me, it’s probably good to have a deeper understanding of that plants effects on your neurochemistry or at least know the withdrawal symptoms.
